Returns & Exchanges

Wrong fit? Not your color? Whatever the reason, we're here to help. All domestic returns and exchanges are complementary as long as they adhere to our return policy. To start a return, you can contact us at hello@oceanparkswimwear.com with the order number and a description of the request. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Small Batch Swim Return Policy

  • All returns must be made within 30 days of the date item was received by customer.
  • Merchandise must be unworn in original condition with tags still attached.
  • Additional shipping fees from original purchase will not be refunded. 

Made-To-Order Swim Return Policy

Made-to-order swimwear is eligible for exchanges or store credit. Wrong size? No worries. We are more than happy to remake your suit in your preferred size. Unfortunately, made-to-order swimwear is not eligible for returns. 

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is place a new order for your desired items and then process your return. To initiate an exchange please refer to our Return Policy.

Damages and Issues 
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded in full to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
